We'll now start the TS Layout Banner Voting Semi-finals!

There will only be two rounds this time, the total number of banners submitted is 25.

So the sequence will be as follows~

Sequence:
Semi-finals: 25 banners -> 3 groups, 8 on two groups and 9 on one group -> 2 highest voted banner from each group.
Finals: 6 banners -> 3 highest voted banner will become the official Taiyou SCANDALOUS Layout Banner!

Voting Period:
Semi-finals: June 28 - July 01
Finals: July 02 - July 05

So in this semi-finals, the two highest banner from each group will proceed to the finals.
