First off, typing in all caps is a "no no".
And they can't do very much with the budget that they have for the new Toonami because they are starting over and don't have enough money for new Absolution shots or new shots of Tom, and they also don't have enough money to get the rights to show shows like they did on April Fools Day!
The reason why they did that was to help celebrate Toonami's 15th anniversary of launching!
And having the lineup repeat is a good idea because if people miss a favorite show the first time around, then they can watch the West Coast feed to catch what they missed. And again, they don't have enough money to buy the rights to air as many shows as they want for the time being.
The more we watch means the better ratings that Toonami will get which also means that Williams Street gets more money which helps go toward getting more shows as well as new animations for the Absolution and Tom!
