I sure hope she doesn't become sinewy because of her weight training, considering how thin she is nowadays. One of my friends was as thin as Haruna, then she started weight training and taking lots of whey protein. Now she looks like Madonna...all lean muscle with nothing soft to grab. Blech!

Anyways, Ganbatte Haru-san! I miss her chubby cheeks and it'd be nice to see them again.

If she ran alot per week, she'll end up looking pro-ano, but weight training can add some bulk(mass), just as long you don't over do it.
