the shipment fee is almost as expensive as the goods are. But the items there were much cheaper if you compared them from cdjapan (same item).

I haven't seen that specific problem myself. From the message, it sounds like you will be able to find more information if you call your bank and ask them why the transaction was declined.
In general (at least for my bank) I do run into issues every couple of months where they decide a purchase I tried to make from an overseas store looks suspicious and they decline it until I call them up and say "yes it's really me trying to buy from that overseas store, please let the transaction go through."

An order I placed at their new store arrived today 
Shipping method (at least to the US) was EMS. Packaging was all good, came in a sturdy box even though I just had t-shirts.
