FLiP is a Japanese all-girl rock band formed in Naha, Okinawa, in 2005. They released their debut indies mini-album Haha kara Umareta Hinekure no Uta on June 25, 2008, followed by Kanshou Chuudoku on May 20, 2009.

They made their major debut under DefSTAR RECORDS with DEAR GIRLS, released February 3, 2010. The album's production was done by Junji Ishiwatari, a former Supercar member who has already worked with well-known rock bands 9mm Parabellum Bullet and Chatmonchy.

i like this group. they have that awesome rock feel to them and i really like their new song Nagai Kiss. nice rock song

Their songs express quite a strong punk rock feel, think I like Katoniago, base on what I've listened here.

Thought I bump this thread a little after FLiP's new album, 未知 evolution is out and really digging it atm. They seemed to have evolved and stuck to their music roots which is awesomesauce. Tracks I personally recommend are: Oh Darling!, す・て・きReaction, ナガイキス and カートニアゴ. My fav one track which is freakingly epic is ナガイキス that is definitely worth listening.

Michi Evolution debuted at no 31 for the first day of release.... hope they will catch more attention in the future.... they are really a good band

omg! i saw this band's nagai kiss PV on the screens in shibuya during my last trip there. after watching the PV i immediately went into Tsutaya to buy their CD. they are GOOD. =D

They're the outstanding girls band in the world!
I think FLiP is better than scandal except girlish looking and chorus working.
however I like both band.
If you have a chance to visit japan, you should attend their live!
it's amazing experience.
at last I had hi-five with all members .happy.
because I got the front row .cool.

and then I had talk with her little.she is a powerful and strong female rock singer on stage.but @ off stage , she is a sweet and humble girl.
