It's because of the かな at the end of the sentence. That makes the sentence a thought instead of a negative sentence. If it were written without the かな or if it were written with けど then the negative sentence stays.

A more literal translation would be "I hope it'll be warm soon"

p/s: ならんin this case is ならないの

The other girls say Haru just about eats anything so bull's tongue wouldn't be suprising... Its scary how shes SO skinny when you see her post pictures of her meals and stuff

I wouldn't try the beef, but everything else in that ramen looks delicious~

Actually beef tounge not that really bad, it taste good to me XD it's like a soft meat chewy and yummy with tenderness.

Now I'm craving for that ramen :druul:
