We'll now start the SS Layout Banner Voting Semi-finals!

There will only be two rounds this time, the total number of banners submitted is 24.

So the sequence will be as follows~

Sequence:
Semi-finals: 24 banners -> 3 groups 8 each -> 2 highest voted banner from each group.
Finals: 6 banners -> 3 highest voted banner will become the official SCANDAL SHOW Layout Banner!

Voting Period:
Semi-finals: February 13 - February 15
Finals: February 16 - February 19

So in this semi-finals, the two highest banner from each group will proceed to the finals.

yea fam, it was either layachanx3 02 or thoseguiltyeyes 05, them 2 looked the best, and it was hard 2 pick, but in the end i picked layachanx3 02 cos i find that it suits the website, dont no if its cos iv gone used of the current banner being all bright and that, but it was a hard choice
