I heard that there aren't any region codes for blu-ray discs. I mean, u can play it anywhere in the world. Though, maybe I misunderstood smth...

Sadly blu-ray discs are region encoded !
The American members will be OK as Japan is region A the same as North and south America, but I am afraid Russia is region C and my country England is region B !
But you can 'hack' your blu-ray player to play other region discs.

But it all depends on Sony, Paramount Pictures and Universal issue region free discs, so it can be done !

Yeah, Russian region has nothing to do with Japanese.
It will be good if they really decide to do it region free. (The first SCANDAL DVD was region free as far as I know).

By the way, is there any information about the difference between DVD and BD versions? Does it only deal with the video-quality? If that so, I guess it would make no sense for me to buy BD-version, since I has BD-player only on my laptop, and it's screen isn't very large :D

Oh, why thank you, SCANDAL, for releasing a DVD on my birthday haha kidding. It's technically not even out on my b-day, which is on the 27th, but the 28th in Japan = the 27th here in the US. :P

lol anyway, I'm surprised their next live DVD isn't going to be of the BA tour. Nevertheless, it should be awesome

I'm curious what it's a DVD of, maybe it is a PV DVD like berserk says. ESY tour DVD was recorded at Zepp Tokyo but I asked someone who went to Dreamer tour at Zepp Tokyo and they weren't recording that venue that time.
