Peruvian style Fried Rice!

Ingredients:

04 Eggs
1/2 Small bottle of Soy Sauce
Salt
Vegetable Oil
Chinese Onions

Optional Ingredients:

Peas
Carrots
Beef
Chicken
Bacon
Any other things you like with your rice xD

Preparation:

Prepare the rice (wont go in detail here), cut the beef or chicken (if any is used) and let simmer in Soy sauce for half an hour. Fry 2 eggs into the pan and add some water for the egg to be more like an Omelette, do the same for the other 2 eggs. Cut the omelettes in small square pieces. Fry the beef or chicken until its cooked, then proceed to fry the Onions cut in small round pieces, add the rice into the pan and pour some soy sauce in aswell, add some salt to the rice and mix well, the result should be somehow similar to the picture above. You can add the bacon or all the other items into the rice to make it more tasty or more adecuate to your tastes.
