There are many banners this time,59 to be exact,so there will be 5 groups of 10 banners and one group with 9 banners.There will be 6 groups altogether which members can vote in:

Group E
Group F

The winning 2 banners from each group will then enter the semi-final voting stage.

The voting period will be:
Quarter-finals: 14-15 April
Semi-finals: 16-17 April
Finals: 18-20 April
