Curious to know what non-documentary, music-themed movies everyone loves. 

I had a bit of a hard time making a Top 10 for myself.  There are so many good movies left out, but here's my personal list in ranking order:

That's a 5-star movie in my book. We had a very lively and appreciative screening of that just recently.

The same director made Get Crazy just a few years later, which is also a lot of (music-themed) fun. It's finally getting an official release this December so we'll have to make a night of that one, too.
