Hi guys!

For now I have not got any of the albums, but I intend to buy as soon as possible. I noticed that every album has three editions (for now).

What are the differences between these editions?

What I do know is that:

- Regular Edition; comes only with CD
- Limited Edition DVD; comes with the CD + DVD
- Limited Edition PB; comes with the CD + Photo Book

My questions are regarding the booklets.
The booklets of the regular edition and the DVD edition are equal only changing the cover or is it totally different?
The PB has the same photos of the other editions with extra photos or it is also entirely different?

To make the difference between the regular and /w DVD, booklets are differents. In the regular, you only have the CD and in the /w, you have a DVD in bonus (obvious )
In the photobook edition, you have the CD and tons of wonderfull photos totally differents from the booklets of the regular and /w DVD

So, all the booklets are different from each other? There is no resemblance, nothing like that? I was hoping they had similarities, things like that, so it would be easier to choose one of the editions. Have to pick only one of them is very hard.


And without romaji lyrics right?

All of their albums until now have 3 different versions and covers (except for ENCORE SHOW, which has 2 versions/covers). They are similar in the regard that they're wearing pretty much the same things and such, but they're all slightly different from each other. Here are all of the album covers:

Since the photobook and DVD versions are limited editions, some (especially the older releases) are sold out everywhere such as on shops like CD Japan and etc., so depending on what album(s) you want you might have to go with regular editions in the end anyway.

If you want romaji lyrics, I remember hearing that one of the foreign releases of BEST SCANDAL (possibly the North American one) has romaji lyrics in the regular edition booklet. Not sure where you could find it or if any other releases are the same, though.

Amazon Germany also sends Best Scandal with romaji lyrics and translation.
It also offers the ltd. Edition via amazon marketplace. For 200€ (~262 USD)... .plank.

The regular editions in Japan cost about $30 USD. I think the costs abroad probably vary depending on which country, but the regular editions cost about $15-20 in China and Korea. For the DVD editions, they're about $35 in Japan while they're about $22-25 in China/Korea. The photobooks are exclusive releases to Japan only.

As for that really expensive BEST SCANDAL DVD edition that Hasenfu posted about, I'd say that's most likely the Japanese edition. Those go for a lot because they're out of print and they're the original Japanese edition, but the overseas ones can be found for much cheaper (I got the Chinese edition off eBay for only $20).

A edition with CD+DVD+PB would solve my problems.

The price here in Brazil would be the equivalent of twice the USD. Not counting taxes. Yes, really expensive.

if you can optener PB versions, I recommend it blindly
I just I have to "Queens are trumps" is a gem
the quality is really amazing, every detail is worth

on the other hand I have the Limited Edition of "BABY ACTION" and the DVD is really good stuff, even if it included would be ideal captions xD

Yo, that's the reason. The regular edition goes for 17€ (~22 USD) and Encore Show for instance, for 32€ (~41 USD). Both directly from amazon.de, no marketplace.

I have that same one - I was worried when I bought it that it was going to look and feel somehow less legit, but it appears basically identical to the Japanese version. I actually had a Japanese version in my hand in Hiroshima once, ready to buy, but I put it back because I didn't realize at the time how valuable it was (I thought it was too expensive at 4800 yen). But the Asian one from Ebay looks and feels exactly like I remember that one looking and feeling. My other Scandal LE's all have a slightly different jewel case design, but that might be the only major difference (if it even is a difference; they also may have used a different jewel case design for the first album, then changed it for the later ones).

So you may as well just buy that one if you're looking to get all the LE's...
