Nope, just like pretty much every other Japanese shopping site. You need to use a forwarding service like Tenso or a deputy/shopping service like From Japan.

However, COVID-19 is affecting shipping from Japan right now and the Japan Post has even temporarily stopped air shipping services to many countries, including the US (link). Probably wouldn't be wise to order anything right now.

Yes I sadly had to cancel an order with CDJapan as they could not say if it would ever reach me and there are very few flights anyway.
