It seems to be up to the venues to notify customers. I've booked for Canada, England and Germany(My family still lives there so was gonna kill two birds with one stone here) and I've gotten cancellation notices all at different times, with the Toronto one being the latest.HaRiToMa wrote:It just struck me that I did get an email that the Berlin show is cancelled/postponed, but not for the Paris show.

Well, I still haven't gotten an email from the Paris venue. Which is kinda weird, since it was supposed to happen coming friday. And as far as I know, according to EU law, they're supposed to give me the option of a refund. Which I don't really want, because I'd rather go to a postponed show. But still they should notify me.Reachie wrote:It seems to be up to the venues to notify customers. Cancelled: Scandal Meet & Greet Package – Musik & Frieden (ex Magnet Club)
unfortunately, your event Scandal Meet & Greet Package has been cancelled because of Covid-19.
The event promoter has now instructed us to offer you a voucher in the name and on behalf of the promoter in accordance with the German voucher legislation.
We would like to point out that we are only the ticketing agent and not the promoter who is responsible for the event you have booked. It is in the sole descretion of the promoter to decide to offer refunds or vouchers.
How to get your voucher
Please log into your Ticketmaster account here and then go to My Tickets > Upcoming Events or My Tickets > Past Events. Please click on the cancelled event and then on „Request Your Ticket Voucher“.
Please note
-Once we have received your voucher request, we will check it and then send you the voucher within a few weeks. You will automatically receive and email with the voucher and a redemption guide.
-The voucher value will be the amount of your order including, if paid, postage fees (the latter refunded out of good will only). It will not include any offers like donations, hearing protections, t-shirts oder CDs that you have added to your order.
The process described is only valid if you request a voucher for all of the tickets from your order.
-Please read our voucher FAQ here.
Your voucher is valid until at least 31.12.2021 and can be redeemed for all events of promoter Ticketmaster VIP that are available at ticketmaster.de. After this date, you can request to have the voucher value refunded by the promoter. An earlier refund is only possible if accepting a voucher would be unreasonable taking into account your personal circumstances.
For this, please forward this email together with detailed explanation of your personal circumstances and your order number to gutschein@livenation.de for approval.
Good to know: What is the German „voucher solution“?
The German government has passed a law that shall help the event industry (for which we are providing a service) from breaking down collectively.
The law is valid for all ticket purchases that have been made
1) prior to March 8th and
2) that have been cancelled or rescheduled due to the corona crisis.
Even though the voucher solution does not benefit our business directly (remember: only the promoter decides whether to use it) we are happy that the government has reacted to the existential crisis of the event industry in such a way.
We will keep you updated about any news as soon as we receive them and will inform you immediately via email.
Sincerely,
Your Ticketmaster Team

Regarding the cancellation of the concert in Berlin, I sent a letter to Ticketmaster week ago and tell the situation that I live in another country and I don't need a voucher. But I still haven't received any response...
