I searched for it and I don't think there's any thread like this. 
Intros are an important part of the song, they set you in the right mood right of the bat. So I'm wondering what are your favorite intros? Of course these don't necessarily have to be your favorite songs overall. 

I'll go with Hello! Hello! Love the triple guitar track and the tone is spot-on 

Mine would have to be the intro to SCANDAL BABY.
I love it so much that I still have it as my ringtone! xD

Ring Ring Ring for me, that intro is like no other and since its my favorite SCANDAL song it makes sense right?

Darn it, just one?  There's too many for me .omg.

I'll go with the intro to Onegai Navigation, it's killer
Other favs are Orange Juice's,- those guitars though.
Want You's  ,Emotion's, Hoshi no furu, 24 jikan plus, & heaven na Kibun 's intro.

It's "Burn" for me, it shows the sound quality of a Fender and it's done by Haruna.
By the way, none of my guitars sound that way.

Hmm yeah it's hard to pick just one...

For me it's probably the odd/different songs (maybe cos they stand out so much) that I like most, my favourite would be Kill the Virgin (Did I say I loved the 80's?), followed by Oyasumi, which starts off really sweet... then the sweetness starts singing.

My favourite of their more typical sounding songs would be Shunkan Sentimental with it's high energy! Followed by Awanaitsumorino Genkidene, which has a great bassline.

Choosing a single favorite intro is tough, but I would probably choose Image. I think it sets the mood perfectly for the song, and I could immediately tell it was going to be one of my favorite songs after listening to the first 15 seconds.

Taiyou To Kimi Ga Egaku Story is a close second, it has tons of energy from the start and the song just keeps it coming. Some more of my favorites would be Hello! Hello!, Beauteen!!, Koe, One piece, Houkago 1H, Love in Action and Kan Biiru.

Nice picks guys, there's a good variety as I expected. I also considered Burn or Taiyou to kimi ga egaku story, it was a tough choice.
Of course you can pick more than one if you feel the need to so.

It reminded me I have still to buy some of scandal's albums. I should never have bought scandal show... Spoilt me for the purchases of the proper albums...

Yeah,  Burn is off their 3rd album,  Baby Action. The song does have a good intro, especially in the live version.

Some more good intro are LIFE IS A JOURNEY, - I like the different guitar riffs and tunes from Haruna and Mami, especially if you have headphones on. It's very laid back and I like the -oohh oohh oohh. -
and Sunday Drive- it's short but I love that bass part.
Kagerou - I don't know why, but I just really like the intro to this, it's sounds weird, the live version is awesome; the energy is amazing.

They seem to have stopped doing this, at least temporarily, but I like the various ways they change up the intro to "Everybody Say Yeah!" when they play it live. It's taken on kind of a semi-permanent power chord-based intro that it doesn't have on the album, but it's usually got something even in front of that. Usually when they start playing something weird that you've never heard before, you can bet it's the current intro to that song.

I think for a while they were doing a similar thing with "Kagen no Tsuki" when they played it live. On the Standard tour when I saw them, they played about 2 minutes of straight-up noise as the intro to that song.

Mine is definitely "Love Survive". That intro just screams energy, and the stabs (musical term) is awesome. Its my ringtone.

That would be 'Love in Action' for me.
When I first heard it, it really caught me off guard.
The drum fill in the beginning and the short notes in the guitars and drums after that are really surprised me when listening to Hello World for the first time

"Take me out " has an awesome intro , I don't know how they can created songs like that , it's amazing ... Love Scandal so much

Looks like Burn is a crowd favorite. (I thought it was Mami doing the intro, looks like it was Haruna then.)

Kagen no Tsuki has a good intro.

Standard also has a good intro. Rina beating the drum as if she has no regard for human life. Lol.

SCANDAL BABY always gets to me, makes me feel a little bubbly.
I also like TOKYO SKYSCRAPER's intro, has that Lupin III or James bond feel to it
ONEGAI NAVIGATION makes me feel like I want to do cardio

Here's a little more:

Departure- the very beginning with the musical chime, give it such a sweet melodic vibe.
Rainy's intro is so killer,  I love how sharp the lead guitar is whenever the song starts.
Sparkling and Satisfaction-i put these two together because to me, their intro sounds very similar, I like the catchy "take it easy" and the "whoah whoa oh", they give off a cheery vibe.

Majority of the STANDARD's intro songs are really good.

And also Take Me Out, the whole intro is so addicting and I love the guitar work. .happy.

Phew, ONE intro? Really? I can hardly put less than ten songs on such a list   but if I absolutely had to pick just one, I believe it would be オレンジジュース。That song caught me completely by surprise and was for some time my favourite, mainly because of the contrast between the intro rifs and the "foxtroty" feel of the verse.

I love both hard rock and funk-- so it's "Onegai Navigation" and "Queens Are Trumps" for me.  That being said "Space Ranger" is a little of both.

Ohhhhh intros! Mine is SCANDAL BABY, LOVE SURVIVE, Awanaitsumorino genkidene, flashback no. 5, and  onegai navigation.
