Rina voice is so sweet when talking.

At first, I wondered why RINA was included. Although not having a sig series with Fender, I finally remembered that she owns/plays a Tele! Good enough, I guess.

And the guitar solo for Koshi Tan Tan was played by Rina.

aah, seeing them in a same video with Miyavi makes me wish for some interactions between them.

I'm not entirely convinced that's true. The original source for that info seems to have come from RINA herself (link), but it definitely sounds like she was joking. She basically said, "Didja know that the guitar solo in 'KOSHI-TANTAN' was messily played by RINA? lol"

Back to the video. All of the band's pronunciations were pretty impressive! IMO, as a native English speaker, I think HARU's pronunciation was by far the best; it was very clear, easy to understand, and she hardly had any accent. The English classes seemed to have paid off for her, but not to the same extent for MAMI lol. I would rank them from best to less-than-best in this order:

1. HARU
2. TOMO
3, 4. MAMI, RINA (tie)

That was nice. They do sound very natural. Why do I remember HARUNA blog posting about going to English class?

I thought they were there to talk about their signature models but seems like no. Still a great video, everyone's English is pretty accurate here.

Great! To be fair Mami's first part was kind of a tongue twister for a non-english speaker.

MAMI's first part was a bit hard to understand, but it also seems like the hardest line to say if you don't really speak English. HARUNA was definitely the best in pronunciation.

This is cool on a number of levels.  It's great they're heavily featured in promotion spot for one of the most iconic guitar companies ever.  Plus I don't think I have ever heard all four of them speaking English at the same time.

They all sound lovely, but I gotta admit the guy's pronunciation is spot on!

That would be singer/actor Miyavi. His good pronunciation is probably due to the fact that he's been in American movies, is married to a Japanese-American former singer, and also currently lives in LA.

Fender seems to have endorsed Scandal for years, starting with their Squier Signature models, and now their Fender American Signature models. The company has had a strong presence, starting with Bill Schultz bought it from CBS, and has endorsed many Japanese guitar players, including Inoran from Luna Sea and Ken from L'Arc-En-Ciel. And now Miyavi and Scandal

For that matter, Mami's Gretsch White Falcon is also made in Japan (most high-end Gretsch guitars are made in Japan, with the Custom Shop ones being the only ones made in the US; incidentally, Fender Musical Instruments Company also handles manufacturing and marketing for Gretsch)
