I have many favorite anime couples..
I'll enumerate them:

Usui Takumi and Misaki - Kaichou wa maid sama
Kei Takishima and Hikari - Special A
Sohma Kyo and Honda Tohru - Fruits Basket]
Kyoko Mogami and Ren Tsuruga - Skip Beat
Tamaki and Haruhi - Ouran High School Host Club -
Kyouhei and Sunako - Yamato Nade
Hino and Len - LA Corda D Oro
Yuki and Zero - Vampire KNight
Sawako and Kazehaya - Kimi Ni Todoke

I think there are still many other cute anime couples out there.. I am open to any suggestion.. .happy.

I've recently watched "Gosick" and I think that Kujo x Victorique is very beautiful couple as well as their story ^ ^

they are..
edward and winry from fullmetal alchemist -- how edward express his love to winry is so funny
kujo and victorique from gosick -- so unique couple XD
kazehaya and sawako from kimi ni todoke -- it's just too sweet
oz and alice from pandora hearts -- I don't know if they are really a couple but I love them and I hope they become a couple XD
