SCANDAL will be performing at RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL 2017 in EZO in Hokkaido.

Dates: 8/11 (Fri.) ・ 12 (Sat.)
Venue: Ishikari Bay New Port Tarukawa Futou Yoko Yagai Yokusetsu Stage (outdoor special stages next to Ishikari Bay New Port Tarukawa Pier)

HARUNA: "SCANDAL here! We will be performing at RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL 2017 in EZO! Thank you so much. What's your impression of the festival?"

TOMOMI: "It's so cool! So many cool bands appear at it!"

RINA: "It's a great festival."

Is there anywhere I can find find videos of the performances?
or is it a strictly no video kind of event.

No pictures or videos are allowed at any live event in Japan, so you will absolutely not find any fan-taken footage anywhere.

That being said, though, it's highly possible that SCANDAL's performance may be aired when they broadcast footage from this event in September on Japanese TV.

Jade is very right as usual, in fact anti idol groups like BiSH even spray the audience with water in case anyone is trying to record it on their phone.
