HARUNA & MAMI appeared on TFM's 「Skyrocket Company」 radio program on July 25th. Here's the summary posted on the program's site.

Gen. Manager: 「You've been on tour since April, correct? The latter half you went to Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Thailand. You'll also be appearing at summer festivals?」

SCANDAL: 「We won't be appearing at summer festivals this year, but since we have an outdoor live in Osaka on 8/21, we'll be putting everything we have into that this summer.」

Gen. Manager: 「You'll be going on a European tour right after that?」

SCANDAL: 「Right, starting in September.」

Gen. Manager: 「After that, you'll be holding...a fan club tour? (laughs) You're going on quite a number of tours, aren't you?」

SCANDAL: 「We went to FUJI ROCK yesterday.」

Gen. Manager: 「Who did you see?」

SCANDAL: 「We went to FUJI ROCK just to see Red Hot Chili Peppers.」

Gen. Manager: 「Seeing only RHCP means that you can do your best after that, doesn't it?」

SCANDAL: 「That's right; it gives us energy.」

Gen. Manager: 「How was RHCP?」

SCANDAL: 「When they appear, you take in the atmosphere surrounding the four of them. They were so cool. There were way too many people, and because it was filled with people when we arrived, we almost couldn't see at all. Without being able to see them, we focused on watching the monitors (laughs).」

Gen. Manager: 「For example, I've gotten to do comedy and studied mentor jokes as a novice, but how it seen from a music standpoint?」

SCANDAL: 「I had fun as a huge fan (laughs).」

Gen. Manager: 「How was it watching as a huge fan?」

SCANDAL: 「It really does make us happy that they normally perform songs that we know, or rather they normally perform songs that we like. It made us really happy when they performed 『By the Way』 (laughs).」

Gen. Manager: 「Your new single 『Take Me Out』 will be released in two days. Congratulations!」

SCANDAL: 「Thank you so much!」

Gen. Manager: 「How do you want people to listen to it?」

SCANDAL: 「It's a song perfect for summer that we made while thinking of wanting to play it at our tenth anniversary outdoor live on 8/21.」

Gen. Manager: 「Is the effort you're putting in to your tenth anniversary intense?」

SCANDAL: 「Rather than putting in effort, we want to play the live itself very lightly and enjoyably. Since this is our tenth anniversary milestone, we want to spend it as a nice day while giving thanks to our fans and all kinds of people.」
