Just speculation, but since SCANDAL just posted a picture of Dobondobondo New Era hats (link), I wonder if that could mean that the units Dobondobondo (MAMI x TOMOMI) and Almond Crush (HARUNA x RINA) could make a comeback on Take Me Out, which will be a single released in the summer just like Taiyou Scandalous four years ago.
I forgot to mention this in this thread before, but SCANDAL did say at the Fan Meeting in Hawaii that HARU would not be singing main vocals on the B-side song (you can hear us talk about that here around the 43:45 mark)...

As for the b-side we can as well add the fact that there was a photo of Rina singing in the studio. As well as both editions of the single have the same price (same as "TS" was).

Its most likely in JST, (Japan standard timezone). You can always check how many hours ahead Japan is from your time if you wanna know exactly when it'll air.
So in my location it'll be around 5 am when the song airs. .nerd.

The covers are okay, though I wish they had photograph it at night, to give it a cool "late night out" scene, it'll totally match with their "night club" outfits. Haruna's fierce 80s rocker look surprised me she looks awesome!
I Want You, maybe it'll be similar to Mami's Want you, and be about her wanting a new set of drums. But I doubt it, it'll probably be a pop/ballad track about romance.
