I had never heard of ZONE before SCANDAL decided to do the cover. I looked on Wikipedia and and youtube and found out the lead singer Miyu was only 12 when she started in ZONE! What a voice for 12! I can't find out WHY they broke up. Does anyone know?

Mizuho(drumer) wanted to leave for studies. The rest of the band didn't want to find another member to replace her or become a three-piece band. So they disbanded.

I think the songs/ music they have created are pretty good. secret base's lyrics is simple and resonate those memories you share with best friends. the tune itself is also easy to get into the conscious, so it keeps playing in you. i wonder if they will come together to form zone again.
