Is this a regular concert or a TV show?

^ isn't just the regular music station tv show?
anyway I see morning musume in the line-up, they are surely going to promote their single who will come out on the 16/4. wondering than if scandal will performe departure or some older songs.

It's a concert that is being held by the TV show. It's not that uncommon; I had seen SCANDAL at Happy Music LIVE 2012 at Yokohama Arena, which was a concert held by the TV show Happy Music.

So I guess there is a big chance it will be broadcasted then!

If morning musume comes there to promote their next single as reilachii says it could mean that SCANDAL is doing the same... Well maybe not their next single but at least promote Rainy a bit for the movie? It comes out on 19th in theaters there so this would be a good timing -> Rainy single for SCANDAL in April, go promote the single and the movie on April 14th, movie comes out on 19th.

Have the other bands invited also a single to promote or released planned?

Hum less than a month to go, if they used that as promo then we should get info about a potential new single soon. Well even without that I just hope to see some "new" songs live  .please. .toj.
