Qualification requirements
<All divisions>
Female vocalist / female middle school student / female high school student
(Those who are middle or high school students as of June 1, 2014)
※ Those who do not have particular manufacturer or production contracts
※ Those called to the second round and/or the final judging must provide their own transporation
※ Nationality does not matter (Vital point: Can have daily conversations in Japanese)

<Band division>
A band with a female vocalist
At least one member must be enrolled in either middle or high school
◎Band members except vocalist can be male.
◎The number of members nor the formation does not matter.

<Vocalist division>
Vocalist must be a female currently attending junior high school or high school
※ Playing with a musical instrument, or with units of 2 or more members
unit of two or more such as, if the junior high school girls also recital with a musical instrument,, your participation in more than one member is also available.

Applicants music
One song from original SCANDAL songs released after their major debut single 「DOLL」
※ This applies to both the band and vocalist divisions.

Necessary materials:
■ Band division
① A recording of the song you wish to submit
※ At least one CD-R, MD, or video (DVD/VHS) containing the recording of one or more tracks of singing・performance
② Portrait photos of all members (Two pictures: 1 full body shot + 1 upper body shot)
③ Entry sheet

■ Vocalist division
① A recording of the song you wish to submit
※ At least one CD-R, MD, or video (DVD/VHS) containing the recording of one or more tracks of singing・performance
② Portrait photos of all members (Two pictures: 1 full body shot + 1 upper body shot)
③ Entry sheet

Application period
July 1, 2014 (Tue.) ～ September 1st (Mon.) ※Must be postmarked by the deadline
